Threat to Privacy: Computerisation of records (especially with networking) is also a threat to privacy as many people could access such records (legally or otherwise).
Misuse of Computer: A computer is a tool, and like any other tool, it can be used or misused. Misusing the computer includes using it for fraud and using it to cause harm, such as creating and distributing viruses that cause so much damage by attacking other people’s programs and data.
